Albert Lourdsamy brings more than 25 years of experience in finance, business leadership and operations across India and Africa. He holds an MBA in Finance from the reputed Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), Chennai.
He spent approximately 15 years working in Africa, including serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of PARKLAND / RAFI (Rawji Group) in Kinshasa from October 2010 – April 2019. His responsibilities across construction investments included project budgeting, financial planning, cost control, procurement, contractor negotiations and delivery coordination.
At JRV NEST, he brings this international experience to a practical approach to residential development and interiors, with an emphasis on quality, commercial discipline and dependable execution.
